Our consultants have surveyed over 100 CPOs, from the private and public sectors across Europe, to better understand what "soft" and "hard" skills they expect from their teams. In this webinar we will provide insights and information to help the procurement community (buyers and service providers) to pilot skills development actions. Survey findings will also give some clues on CPOs agenda and areas of focus in 2020.
Although this webinar is aimed at people working in procurement, it is open to anyone interested in transformation and HR issues.
